I've been a designer, a team lead, a freelancer — until I decided to build my own business. In each of those phases I sat on a different side of the table: sometimes delivering, sometimes leading the people who deliver, sometimes selling my own work on my own.
It was on that journey that I realized who I really match with: other service providers. People who, like me, make a living selling their own knowledge and face the same problem — being excellent at what they do and still not being seen for it.
I understand that pain because I've lived it. And I talk to these clients as equals, not agency-to-client.
Along the way I've helped businesses in very different fields: a doctor moving from a generic-care image to positioning herself as an obesity specialist, a psychologist building an identity of her own instead of repeating the market's pattern, plus engineers, designers and companies across industries.
I redesigned processes that accelerated deliveries by 80% and raised the average project ticket from R$ 2,000 to over R$ 15,000. About fit
My business is small — does it still make sense to reach out?
Yes. Small businesses need a brand too — it's what creates a bond with the people who buy from you and gives you a competitive edge to grow. It doesn't matter if it's just you, 10 or 50 people: what matters is the impact you want to make and the time you're willing to invest in it.
I still don't know how I want to position myself. Do I need to arrive with that figured out?

About process and timeline
How long does a project take?
The minimum viable timeline, from the strategy process to delivery, is 30 days. It's the minimum needed to not rush steps, compare paths calmly and reach a result that will actually bear fruit.
What happens after I submit the form?
As soon as your message arrives, I rush to read it. Right after, I reply with a few dates for us to talk. Tip: if you leave your phone number in the form, this process gets even faster.
Do I need to be near you, or do you work remotely?
I work from wherever it takes — remotely, in person, or even from outer space, if that's what it takes to turn your idea into reality.
About investment
My budget is below the form's minimum range. Is it still worth trying?
Absolutely. Even if I can't take you on right now, I love keeping in touch so we can talk in the future. And if it's not the right moment, I can refer you to another professional better aligned with your needs.
Why does the price vary so much?
Each project varies according to the complexity of the industry, the size of the final delivery and, in some cases, travel involved.
About results and risk
What if I don't like what's delivered?
My process is collaborative — you follow and approve every important stage of the project, so you reach the end knowing exactly what was decided and why. That makes it very hard for the result to stray from what's expected. Even so, every contract includes an agreed number of revisions, should they be needed.
How do I know this will bring results, and not just "look pretty"?
Every brand I create starts from the reality and real needs of the business: market situation, cultural moment, target audience and those people's experience with the brand. What you receive in the end isn't a pretty piece — it's a system ready to be used at every touchpoint of your business, generating the impact it needs.
